Hello Janelle….you rock!

Even after you get slightly mauled by random strangers in the street ![]()

Kendall’s shoot marks the new year for senior pics; say hello to the class of 2012! We had a great shoot, even though she almost died half way through the session. OK, maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but, man, you should have seen the spider that decided to snack on her foot as we shot! And anybody who knows me, knows spiders and I don’t get along, not even a little bit. My wife actually claims there have been nights I’ve woken up swinging at invisible spiders, then pounding them into the bed with my pillow. But thankfully the promised storms held out for us, we had a great breeze, and beautiful temps. And despite the spider attack, Kendall was awesome!

Wow, I can’t believe it’s already been over a week since my last post! I was going to try and slip in a couple more shoots and some deets from my trip out west, but alas, that’s going to have to wait. We’ve got lots more seniors, so prepare yourself for another senior feast this week! We’ll kick this series off with Kristen. Kristen came a long way for her shoot, and I’m so glad she did! She and her mom were a ton of fun to work with, and I especially loved the way she rocked the formal dress at the end. Great shoot, Kristen, thanks!
Man, life on the road is tough! Especially when you’re traveling across the country with 4 crazy boys…but alas, we’re alive and with no serious calamities. So in addition to driving across the country, visiting family, and even doing a little shooting along the way, I’ve squeezed in a little work. I’ve got SO much to share, so I’ll have several posts over the next couple days…
We’ll start the post frenzy with a preview of Emily’s shoot. We got to our chosen location, just to find out they were filming a movie! Luckily, there were a lot of great places to shoot around the periphery, and they even let us sneak inside their perimeter for a bit, and we ended up having an awesome shoot. Thanks Emily!
