With the He Said She Said Photography Workshop only weeks away, the excitement/tension/anxious levels here at the house are reaching an all time high! We’re so excited to see everybody that’s coming out and are looking forward to meeting you all. In addition to all that we have to share with you, we are so pleased with the generosity of our sponsors! I was just called to repentance by a good friend of mine for my blog and facebook neglect. Her exact words were “hey, remember when you used to blog and facebook? Ummmmmmm…..chirp, chirp, chirp”.

OK, OK, OK…I repent, and now I blog. And facebook. And even maybe Tweet a little . So here’s a little of what’s been going on the past few weeks at the fortress:

First, we’ve announced the fall workshop date for the He Said, She Said photography workshop! I was kind of supposed to blog that a couple weeks ago, but, as already mentioned, that was during my naughty social media boycott. We’ll be holding it September 16th and 17th, here in Michigan. So if you haven’t already, check it out, we’d love to have you join us!

And along those lines, we’ve just sent our rockin workshop manual to press! So exciting to see months worth of work coming to fruition! Here’s a teeny taste:

Second, I had the opportunity to work again with the awesome people out at Bella Scappare, in particular Necole Capicchioni. We shot three fabulous models for a couple international hair competitions…details to follow as soon as we can release some images. Last year we were fortunate enough to named finalists in one of the competitions, so cross your fingers!

Last of all, Senior season is starting to heat up again! In the past couple weeks I have had the chance to work with several awesome near grads…images coming very soon from those shoots too. And as a PS, I’ll be announcing the 2012 senior rep campaign this week, so all interested, stay very tuned!

Needless to say, it has been a pretty crazy month, but I’m stoked to be back on the internets and sharing a bit…be back soon!

Something pretty dang awesome is in the works. It might be big. REALLY BIG. Jean and I can’t say now, but we’ll be making an announcement next Monday!
